It will be good to have you along. I believe you’ll be our furthest travelling participant so far!

Things are looking good. I think 12 boats have expressed an interest so far. :)

Here's hoping for good weather.
Cheers

Dennis

Yes, encouraging news. Bob and Loretta Steel are selling Irene, but have a new (larger) boat and have said they’d like to join in; they’ve offered space aboard if anyone needs it. Please PM me for more info.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you all. Looking good for the rally with 13 boats so far expressing an interest, (12 CC19s and a Sadler), and still plenty of time to get a few more. If you know anybody thinking about it please encourage them; we're particularly keen to attract new participants. As always there'll be lots of support and help and an opportunity to do some excellent coastal sailing in company.
The base marina has now been booked - the MDL Cobbs Quay marina in Poole Harbour. The marina has good facilities including a restaurant / bar, is easy to get to by road and can be accessed at any point of tide. They have been very helpful and will give us free car and trailer parking on site.
If you can at some point let me have a mobile number I'll set up a WhatsApp group as the easiest way of communicating as plans develop. My mobile is 07557856779 and my email is pauldamianturner@gmail.com.

Good idea Paul.

Dennis: WhatsApp is a messaging app. Download it to your phone. It means you can send messages and pictures to almost any type of phone.

I am very happy to take part in the rally, even if I come without my boat and only for a few days. The flights are booked. :)
