Cape Cutter 19 Association Forum

I was chatting about backstays with Bob(Honnor Marine) and he mentioned to me that a CC19 owner had fitted additional backstays to secure his topmast. I would like to make contact through the forum with whoever it was, or anyone else who has considered this.

I have just fitted running backstays on Tokoloshe: see my thread on rig development of March 29.
Harken cam blocks are very expensive so I have chosen Ronstans which are heavier but meet my
loading requirements.

I will report my experiences later in the season.
