Daft question

Postby Killick Greenie » Wed Jul 03, 2013 10:00 pm

I know this is a daft question but I'm wondering how the top of the Yankee furler should connect to the halyard. Do you just run the halyard through the metal fitting and tie off with a half hitch or bowline?

Thanks

Perfect. Thanks

I was a bit concerned that all that would happen was the halyard would just twist and the sail wouldn't furl.

There should be a swivel on the head of the sail.
