cockpit water ingress

Hi folk,
Some time ago I posted on this subject with a photo of the engine well insert I had made. I have subsequently dammed off the draining gaps in the engine well surround and provided holes with removable bungs for draining the cockpit when required. The drop-in well insert is not a tight fit so it allows for draining of the outboard telltale water stream.
I have now tested this set-up in various conditions, including very choppy conditions today which would previously have resulted in wet feet for everyone in the cockpit and I can report that it all works a treat and not a drop came in. I know some folk have had similar experiences and wanted to know how it would work out. So, even the trusty Crocs stayed dry!
Cheers,
Ian
