Postby zimp » Thu Aug 17, 2023 10:44 pm

There is a CC19 for sale in the Netherlands.

see: https://www.marktplaats.nl/v/watersport ... -cutter-19

Site is in Dutch, so you have to use Google Translate for other languages.

I can not give more information, I don't know the seller nor the boat.

Interesting.... zooming in on a photo I think the name is Katrina. That was based in Bavaria originally I think. Not sure.

A friend in NL mentioned a CC19 for sale without a trailer.

What trailer options are there for new trailers in the EU?

Just wondering. .

I am familiar with a CC19 called Katrina.

Chris is correct it was based in Bavaria, on lake Tegernsee. Originally owned by "Popeye" I arranged to meet up with him as I returned home from a holiday in Italy in 2010. Spent a very pleasant day on the lake in the 30C heat.

I am not sure that this is the same boat though. The Katrina I knew had "106" on the mainsail and "Popeye" carried out a number of mods during the time he had the boat, you can see the mods if go to the picture gallery. There is a gallery dedicated to Katrina.

PS. I have a further look at the advert. It is definitely not the Bavarian CC19 Chris was referring to. This one was built in 2005, looking at the owners list the most likely candidate is hull number 66.
Cheers

Hi Dennis, I agree it cannot be the Katrina I was thinking of as it was no.106. If this boat is no.66 that is also interesting as Kaliope (our boat) is number 67... Perhaps we will find out more if a new owner comes forward.
