I have now managed to confirm details for 73 boats on the "Owners List".

I am hopeful that I will be able to fill a few more gaps soon. Bob Brown has given me contact details for the owners of a number of recent boats. I will be attempting to communicate with these owners. Fingers crossed.:D
Cheers

Good work Dennis. Let's hope we can get the new owners involved in the CA

I spoke to Norma earlier this week. It seems that there will be a whole fleet of new owners over the coming months. The order book for new boats since the boat show is very healthy :)

Hello all

The current position is that details of 83 boats have now been confirmed on the owners register. That is just over 2/3 of the total. :D

I do have further details of a number boats, but, I do not yet have the owners permission to publish. :(
Cheers

Visiting my daughter in Newhaven today Kathryn spotted a red Cape Cutter in Newhaven Marina's yard.... (nice and secure)... Named Osiris, possibly new, it certainly looked it. Not on the owners register, but is it a known boat..... (My daughter can see it from her balcony!).....

Cheers

Hello Chris

Ask your daughter to get the bino's out and find the hull number on the transom.

I shall ask her, but more likely do it myself in two weeks time when we visit and collect my Topper Topaz race dinghy stored in her garage... Taking it out to GR for some summer fun on days when we are not out on Kaliope....

I saw Osiris at the Newhaven boat yard. It is secure in a compound so no hull number... But I can see she is new and now fully rigged and ready to go. I guess she was supplied recently by HM...

I am currently on holiday in Brittany and found CC19 hull no. 122 moored in Port de Crouesty in Morbihan.

It is registered VA for Vannes and seems to be permanently moored here (hasn't moved in over 2 weeks).

Thanks Stefan

That is most helpful, another piece in the jigsaw puzzle. :)

I have managed to fill in a number of blanks recently and of the 134 entries, we have had 102 confirmed since I started this crusade.

The photo of the HIN is particularly useful as there appears to be a few of the very early boats have been attributed with an incorrect number. It is good to have definite information.
Cheers
