Shrimpers beating us already.

Postby Ru88ell » Sun Jan 23, 2011 11:00 pm

There are already about 8 entries for the Gaffer class, including 3 Shrimpers.

This year there is one Gaffer class split into three divisions:-

Gaffers will be divided into three divisions based on
waterline length (LWL): Division 1 - 27ft and above,
Division 2 - 23ft to 27ft and Division 3 - under 23ft.

Start time is 06:20.

I'll have my entry in by the end of next week to make sure I get in. Is it still just the two boats? Any others?

As there are about 1000 Shrimpers and about 100 Cape Cutters, you can expect the final entry to be in the ratio of 10:1:rolleyes:

I think the Cape Cutters may over represented!!!!

Best of luck

My crew for the event has pulled out, so if anyone fancies joining me give me a shout.
