Trail-Sail Association Windermere Cruise

I will be attending the TSA cruise on Windermere on 18th/19th Oct. This is a very informal affair with participants generally "doing their own thing" and then meeting at the north end of the lake on Saturday evening for a meal in the Wateredge Inn Ambleside.

If there are any CC owners with boats on Windermere or others who would like to bring their CC to the event they would be made most welcome.

I will be launching "Mary Ann" at Ferry Nab, Bowness, late on Saturday morning and will probably stay on the water for two nights. There are good launching facilities with car and trailer parking at Ferry Nab. Boats need to be registered with the National Park Authority, however, if your boat is SSR registered this is accepted instead, although you have to display the SSR number (just the number, not the SSR bit) in NPA style.

Incidently, it only costs £6 to join the TSA.
