How much do you tilt?!

Postby Adrian Langford » Wed Jul 20, 2016 10:50 pm

We've had a fantastic week at Mylor and surrounding areas, and having dried out overnight, I measured our angle of heel on mud, using a chart plotter and piece of string, at 13 degrees (or enough to tip my dad out of bed!).

Has anyone got any clever ideas for sitting a little more upright when drying out? I tried wedging a fender under each bilge 'keel', but all it did was squish the fender. I'm imagining an inflatable bag on each side, or beach legs.

Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Cheers,
